USA, Nigeria partner UNODC to Build State-of-the-Art Evidence Facility for Nigeria Police Force

The  United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime with funding from the United States Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) commenced the groundbreaking ceremony to establish a state-of-the-art Secure Evidence Storage Facility at the Nigeria Police Force Criminal Investigation Division Headquarters in Garki, Abuja.

This event kicks off a wide-ranging project funded by the US Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) to support the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) in the collection and forensic exploitation of physical evidence. The initial focus of this project is on Federal Capital Territory and four states in the Northeast region, but it will soon also be extended to additional states in the North West and North Central regions.

The project is being delivered by both Nigerian and international experts from UNODC, the UN’s lead agency on supporting law enforcement activity. The goal is to strengthen police efforts to apprehend terrorists, kidnappers, and other violent criminals, and ultimately to secure convictions within a rule of law framework. In addition to refurbishing several NPF evidence storage facilities, the project team will also work with Nigerian police investigators and crime scene specialists to build their capacity to collect and analyze evidence such as fingerprints, tool marks, digital data, ballistics, and biological material.

In her remarks United States Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, H.E. Mary Beth Leonard highlighted the importance of successfully prosecuting serious criminal offences, noting: “Evidence is key to the success of any investigation; Improper handling of evidence can have detrimental effects on establishing rule of law. The refurbishment of evidence facilities in seven north central and northeast states as well as the Criminal Investigation Division in the Federal Capital Territory will enhance the Nigeria Police Force’s ability to properly maintain the integrity of physical evidence in its care; and will lead to more evidence-based investigations and successful prosecution of terrorist groups and other serious crimes.”

The Chief of UNODC’s Terrorism Prevention Branch, Masood Karimipour, added: “Solving crimes requires skill, painstaking investigation, science and patience. This project aims to help the Nigeria Police Force recover forensic evidence of crime and terrorism, to exploit these clues to identify and prosecute suspects, and to help prosecutors present stronger cases in court, in line with international standards.”

Commissioner of Police, Anti Fraud Section, Tony Olofu, representing the Inspector General of Police, said: "I want to thank UNODC and the US for their most welcome support and sincerely impress on them both that they can embrace us as a willing partner in the fight against terrorism and other heinous crimes."

The launch event was also attended by a wide range of key partners in this effort, including representatives from the Federal Ministry of Justice, the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, and the Office of the National Security Adviser, who all delivered goodwill messages supporting this initiative.

UNODC's Strategic Vision for Nigeria takes our partnership with the government of Nigeria to a new level in our shared mission to tackle crime, drugs, terrorism and corruption and their effects on the economy, environment, and people.

Vanguard Newspaper crime editor narrates how he  escaped being lynched by Okada riders.

Vanguard newspaper crime editor Mr. Emmanuel Anadozie has narrated how he escaped being lynched by commercial motorcycle riders popularly called Okada.

he stated " NARROW ESCAPE FROM GOLGOTHA

Last Saturday night, around 7.30 pm, I was driving along Apple junction in Amuwo- Odofin area of Lagos state, very close to my office, going towards Second Rainbow bus stop.

Suddenly, two commercial motorcyclists popularly called Okada recklessly rammed into each other on the lane directly beside mine. The impact flung one of the riders headlong, towards my moving car. His head came directly under my left front tyre. I swerved to my right side on impulse. Clutching the steering wheel tightly and narrowly avoided crushing the human head.

But, his motorcycle still ran freely after my vehicle. And came crashing on the floodlight! Broken pieces of translucent glass went up like a volley of bullets and came down at the same speed; covering some portion of the road.

I made an effort to manoeuvre the car out of the wreckage: other okada riders arrived as if on cue. Swiftly, one after the other, they blocked my car. In a flash, no fewer than twenty dirty cravens surrounded me. From all sides, accusing fingers furiously directed angst at me.

I hastily stepped out of the vehicle. And attempted to explain the incident by recapturing the scenes.

Needless to say that my explanations fell on deaf ears! More Riders joined the mob. Their rough statures formed a thick iron circle around my car.

Ferociously, accusations of me of being responsible for the incident took free reign. To drive the point home; one of them, a lean dark fellow, yanked off his hot exhaust pipe and used the steaming metal to etch a mark on my lower leg. A quick cloud of pain settled around my head.

At this instant, I knew that my life was in grave peril. Recollections of similar ugly scenarios where innocent motorists were either lynched with their cars burnt or stabbed by blood-sucking, monstrous lunatics, filed past my subconsciousness. I had to think fast!

There is no mistaking this mob for normal commercial motorcyclists. These appear to feast on pent-up rage. Cold bloodshot eyes gave them away. If there was any doubt that remnants of the deadly Boko Haram members and foreign terrorists from the Sahel have infiltrated Lagos to engage in Okada riding: such doubts were effectively dissipated by the scene unfolding before my eyes that evening.

Almost all were well-armed under their dirty clothing. Noticeably high on drugs, a large number of them, drew daggers! Yet, none of them witnessed the crash. None can give an account of how the incident took place. Most surprising was that none cared to help their wounded brothers, still lying on the road. They were only eager for a lone motorist's blood. And to deal ruthlessly with other motorists found around the scene. Confusion enveloped the long evening. I reached for the Cross I always tuck inside my dress pocket before driving out. Silent prayers poured out from the inner recesses of my being.

The Lord in His infinite mercies, sent a helper!

As I was shouting myself hoarse with one hand, explaining that I did not cause the accident, a young male bystander raised his voice from the pedestrian walkway. He explained how the accident occurred in two quick sentences. Also yelled at them that I was a victim! crashinganding right beside the road started raising his voice, explaining that I was not responsible for the accident, that I was a victim.

He mustered the guts and approached the dagger-wielding mob, quietly repeating his explanation to as many as his brave heart encouraged him to come close enough to.

Miraculously, two or three of them peered intently into my eyes in disbelief but still anticipated 'bloody' action.

With bated breath, I kept on shouting, pleading my innocence. At this stage, one of the riders that were blocking the front side of my car gave way slightly. He drove away through the side of my car. While this was going on, more and more of the riders were still congregating around us. Obviously from the face and body language; with a clear intent to attack at the least signal

. I utilized the opportunity created by the biker that drove out and zoomed off without blinking an eyelid.

As I was racing out of the scene, I noticed that some of the Riders still came after me. I then drove to a nearby nightclub where I saw neatly clad private security men, elegantly keeping watch around the building. I then drove towards their gate and the speed with which I approached them attracted their attention. They all rushed toward me.

I explained my predicament to them. Pronto, they all came out, poised for war with the approaching Okada riders. They were telling me, "oga relax, we will deal with them. They have been doing this to a lot of motorists. They will not succeed this time around."The security men then moved towards them with their cudgels and sticks. Having seen their match, the scoundrels turned back and disappeared to God knows where. That was how I survived being lynched, my car burnt by a gang of tyrannical, drug-infested, dirty layabouts masquerading as Okada riders who have been allowed to operate freely and lawlessly without respect to human feelings, law and order.

Who knows who may be their next victim in Lagos?

UNODC hosts Capacity-building workshop on the Treatment of Children Associated with Terrorist Groups

Terrorist and violent extremist groups’ tactic increasingly focuses on winning the ‘hearts and minds’ of local populations and have become skilled at recruiting and exploiting children for criminal purposes. In Nigeria, Boko Haram factions use children as spies, slaves and propaganda pawns as well as for the perpetration of violent attacks. The United Nations country task force on monitoring and reporting in Nigeria was able to verify the recruitment and use of 1,385 children by Boko Haram in the three years prior to 2019. Unfortunately, this is likely to represent only a very small proportion of those affected. Recruitment and exploitation expose these children to the risk of early death, injury, psychological scarring and long-lasting rejection from their communities.

An alarming development has been the increasing incidence of bandit groups using similar tactics to recruit children in the north west and north central states. Furthermore, recent months have seen mass defections from the insurgency, with Borno State reporting that over 70,000 fighters and family members (including children) have presented themselves to the authorities. In this context, promoting effective rehabilitation and reintegration of children formerly associated has become a crucial priority.

Building on its strong partnership with the Office of the National security Adviser (ONSA) - and through its European Union STRIVE Juvenile Project - the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), convened a workshop aimed at strengthening the capacity of policy-makers and professionals to prevent and respond to violence against children by terrorist groups. The event was held in Abuja and brought together over 50 participants: representatives from Borno, Adamawa and Yobe states; the federal government; and civil society organizations, including members of the Youth Sounding Board. The focus of discussions was on broad strategies and concrete measures to support these children in recovering from harm and promoting their transition to a constructive role in their communities.

In his opening remarks, Rear Admiral Musa, Coordinator of the Counter-Terrorism Centre, commended STRIVE Juvenile for the progress made, under the leadership of ONSA, in coordinating actions towards a unified and coherent approach to the treatment of children associated with terrorist groups in Nigeria. Rear Admiral Musa emphasized that the primary status of these children is that of victims; and noted that “there is a need to show them that the State is present and will accompany them in their journey towards recovery and reintegration”.

The three-day event was an opportunity for participants to identify challenges; analyse the varied trajectories of children in and out of terrorist groups; and propose concrete strategies to foster effective rehabilitation and reintegration efforts. The potential for achievement of long-lasting peace through the building of bridges between security and child protection - and the meaningful engagement of children, youth and communities in reintegration efforts – was explored in great detail.

Representing the EU Delegation to Nigeria, Mr Ruben Alba Aguilera stressed that “If we realize the importance of children as agents of peace, we will be able to rely on their potential to transform societal dynamics and to move past terrorism” and praised the leading role of Nigeria in advocating for child rights in a complex security context.

Participants welcomed the opportunity for extensive, in-depth exchanges. The workshop is part of a cycle of capacity building events that will continue to mobilize Nigerian stakeholders to ensure that children are better protected from the terrorist threat.

Reverend father refutes allegations of rape , assault.

Reverend father PaulMary Ikwuneme of Christ the King Catholic church Odeh village in Anambra state has denied allegations that he raped a pregnant woman and assaulted her brother.

He however did not deny the curse allegations he rendered on the woman and her husband. He stated.

" I Fr PaulMary Ikwuneme was accused by Mrs Chinenye Okwuenu of raping her which is a false allegation against me.

However, this accusation came as a result of an incident that occured on the 6th of July 2023, between his younger step brother and I. But before the incident occured, Chinenye's husband had already threatening to write such letter against me.

According to Chinenye, his reason is that he cut her while speaking to me on the phone twice having warned her not to call any man or boy on the phone apart from their family members. She pleaded with me on his behalf to pardon him and as well called Mrs Udeorji to request for my forgiveness upon the husband which She did.

Besides, I reported this matter to Mrs. Oguno ( Headmistress) about what Chinenye's husband said . She equally pleaded on his behalf for my forgiveness and advices me to delete Chinenye's number which I did.

THE INCIDENT

Chinenye's step younger brother insulted her mother before some teachers , his classmates and I on the 6th day of July 2023 within the School premises. Having been flogged by one of the teacher, he ran home and did not return back to write his exams. Later in the day, I entered the village to collect some money given to one of the teachers for me and along the way, I entered the boys house to know his reason for not coming back to write his exams. I met the elder brother who is JSS 1 in our School. I asked him his reason for not being in the School but he ignored me. Besides, he was in the bed when I was asking him this question which he gave no response. I uncovered the net that covers his bed without touching him, immediately, he picked up a dagger knife from the head of his bed to use on me but I overpowered him and took the dagger knife from him

He raised alarm and people came. The incident was reported to the Council of Elders in the Community and they were billed some charges later on though in my absence. Chinenye called me and requested that I should help her family to beg the Council of Elders, which I did. But they refused and maintained that it is their custom that anyone who carries a knife against the other will pay fine.

Nevertheless, Chinenye requested for my help for them to pay the fine since they refused to pardon them. I told her that I do not have the money to do so. Hence She began to threatening me that if I refuse to help because I am the cause of everything , She will accuse me of raping her and the husband will put it into writing which they eventually did. I was so much annoyed when she said so and I cursed her. This is what happened".

Commercial motorcycle riders , drivers and other people rushed to the scene and started beating up the alleged thief. They beat him and stripped him naked. As God could have it, one of the Road Transport executives and his members rushed to the scene and stopped the mob. He led the alleged thief away, naked , because the mob had stripped him naked,,

One of the commercial motorcycle riders stated ,,We were at our park Infront of the university of Ibadan when a woman started shouting that someone had snatched her phone. The woman was on the phone when the thief snatched it from her. The thief ran away and jumped on a bike.We chased the bike and double crossed it. That was how we got him. He was shouting thief too. Force PRO reacts to Falana Calling for his sacking

.

= SAYS WE DON’T CONDONE INDISCIPLINE, VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The Force Public Relations Officer CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi has reacted to a statement by human rights lawyer Mr. Femi Falana that he should withdraw alleged reckless and inciting tweets or he should be replaced as spokesperson for the Force.

In his reaction, CSP Adejobi said

,,It has become pertinent to emphasize that the Nigeria Police Force has been a vanguard of sustainable democracy in the country via the aggressive protection of the fundamental rights of the citizens and other members of the Nigerian society. This has been evidential in the continuous sanctions meted out by the Police authority on officers engaged in violation of individual rights, as well as extant laws when reported via any of the available police complaint channels.

The Force Public Relations Officer reacted to a trending video where some individuals grievously assaulting a police officer, and attempting to disarm the officer by dragging his loaded AK47 rifle, restated the law on serious assault as enshrined on Section 356 (2) of the Criminal Code Act of Southern Nigeria with explanations. However, some media platforms deliberately misquoted it as endorsing violence by uniformed officers against members of the public.

Where a public officer acts contrary to the provisions of extant laws, there are channels to report such conduct and get prompt justice, particularly in the Nigeria Police Force. In the extant case, the individuals resorted to self-help and assaulted the officers, attempted to snatch the officers’ firearm, and in so doing breached the law. It is trite that two wrongs cannot make a right, as such whatever the provocation, the action of the individuals were wrong in all ramifications as they would have reported the matter for prompt action. Emphasis on this has clearly been misrepresented across media platforms as a single tweet in a thread was mischievously read out of context with a mischievous caption "No Nigerian Has the Right to Retaliate when Police Slaps You... ".

The Force urges well-meaning members of the public all of whom are strategic stakeholders in policing across the country to disregard the malicious publications as the current police administration is committed to ensuring that the rights of all citizens, uniformed or not, is protected across board.

Furthermore, the Force urges the Nigerian populace not to take laws into their hands whenever they have unpleasant encounters with police officers. Complaints arising from such encounters can be reported via the Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) of the various Commands, the Complaint Response Unit (CRU) and via official Police accounts across social media platforms. Similarly, the idea of pouncing on and beating up Law Enforcement Agents carrying out their public duty by members of the public whom they serve, is criminal and disrespectful to our beloved nation, Nigeria, and must not be allowed to exacerbate.

CSP Adejobi came under fire when he reacted to a viral video of two men wrestling to collect a gun from a police man in Lagos. He tweeted “even if a policeman on uniform slaps a civilian, the civilian has no right to retaliate”.

“More so, if he’s on uniform, it’s an act of disrespect to Nigeria to beat an officer on uniform. The disrespect is not to the policeman but to our nation and it’s a crime as enshrined in our criminal laws,”

“So it’s not a case of what the policeman did that led to it, but the reaction of the civilians who actually assaulted the police. If police assault a civilian, you report and actions will be taken to rebuke him, not to take the law into your hands.”

Reacting to his tweets on Sunday, Mr. Falana stated

“Civilians are required to respect police officers who are discharging their lawful duties. The penalty for assaulting or slapping a police officer is 3 years’ imprisonment under the Criminal Code.

“In the same vein, police officers are equally mandated to respect civilians. Indeed, section (2)(b) of the Anti Torture Act, 2017 states that torture is deemed committed when an act by which pain and suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person to punish him for an act he or a third person has committed or suspected of having committed. The penalty for assaulting a civilian is 25 years under the Anti Torture Act of 2017. In addition, the victim may sue for monetary compensation under the Anti Torture Act and the Constitution.”

Falana asked Adejobi to immediately withdraw his “highly inciting and provocative statement which has given the misleading impression that the Nigeria Police Force has authorized its officers to slap citizens and subject them to other forms of torture without any challenge whatsoever”.

“If the statement is not withdrawn within the next 24 hours, the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Usman Alkali Baba, should not hesitate to replace Mr. Adejobi with another police officer who has unqualified respect for the fundamental rights of the Nigerian people.”

How Reverend father allegedly raped pregnant woman, assaulted brother

=== Parents forced to pay N40,000 fine, buy white goat, cartoon of beer.

A Reverend father with the Christ the King Catholic church Odeh village in Anambra, Anambra state , identified as Father Paul Mary Ikwuneme has been alleged to have forcefully raped a three months old pregnant woman.

The woman name withheld said the alleged rape happened when she was working as a cook in Reverend father Ikwuneme house in her village in Odeh Anambra state last November.

Narrating how she was allegedly raped, the woman who stated that she lost her three months old pregnancy after the alleged rape happened added that she has been traumatized, after she was allegedly threatened by Reverend Ikwuneme not to speak about the incident.

She said ,,, This incident happened November last year. That time , I was working as a Nursery 2 teacher. One Mrs. Ogbodo who is a relative told me that I should help do the cooking for Reverend father Ikwuneme. She was his cook but she said she was going for a Women meeting in Onitsha and I should help her with the cooking until she returns. I agreed . I started cooking and it got to when she returned and I told her to take over but she responded that father Ikwuneme said I should continue to cook for him and he will pay me salary. I said okay but he should not pay me. A particular day, I went for the cooking after school, I noticed he had increased the volume of the television. He wore a jean trousser and came into the kitchen where I was cooking. He started touching me seductively. I told him that I am pregnant but he asked me if I was married I told me not yet but my introduction has been done. He went on to ask me about my husband and I told him about him that he is in Lagos. Then he started touching me aggressively. I told him to stop and I ran out to escape from the house but he had locked all the doors. The way the TV was loud, if I shouted, nobody would hear me. I knelt down and started begging him that he should pity me that I'm pregnant. He started laughing and continued to touch me. He removed my gown and my pant and he raped me,,.

Living with trauma.

,,After he raped me, he told me not to tell anyone that if I do, he will punish my family. He said I should know that as a Reverend father, If he says anything, people will believe him so because of that fear, I refused to tell anyone. Two weeks after the rape, I lost my pregnancy. I got married early this year and traveled to my husband house in Lagos. One day, Reverend father Ikwuneme called me that he was coming to Lagos that I should meet him. I declined and that was how I opened up and told my husband everything about how he raped me,,.

Assaulting brother.

Speaking on how the Reverend father Ikwuneme allegedly assaulted his brother, the lady said

,, My step brother did not go to school. He is my younger brother. His mother reported him to Reverend Ikwuneme. What the former Reverend father in our church used to do is that when children don't like attending school, he will buy biscuits, sandals and school bags and share to the children, the day day, the school will be full. Alot of children will start coming. However, when father Ikwuneme was informed that my brother did not come to school, he carried a cane and went to look for him in my father's house. Another of my step brother was sleeping at home as he was ill . Father Ikwuneme met him at home and questioned him. He said he was ill and that was how Reverend Ikwuneme descended on him and started flogging him with the cane. The boy held the cane and asked him why he was flogging him. Father Ikwuneme left angrily out of our house. He met my dad entering our compound. My dad was asking him why he was angry. The next thing we heard was that they called a village meeting on my dad that my dad and my brother beat up father Ikwuneme. The villagers fined my dad N40 000,a white goat and a cartoon of beer as punishment. They told him that If he did not bring the fine, he will be banished. My father had to pay. My husband after hearing what was happening in the village, called Reverend Ikwuneme to ask him what happened but Reverend Ikwuneme started abusing and cursing my husband. He sent text curses messages to him and his children and unborn children,,

Alleged Curse messages from Reverend father Ikwuneme reads ......

,, May God Almighty punish you and your generations and you Children unborn.... Do you think that I am afraid of useless Man like you. Carry microphone to announce to the world, Foolish Man like you, are you not ashamed of yourself, Man who married her grant child,,,

Petitions to Police , Commissioner not attended to, alleged Human rights groups

Following the incidences, the lady petitioned the Anambra state police command and the Commissioner for Woman Affairs In Anambra Stste to get the alleged Reverend Ikwuneme arrested, the petition dated August 26th according to findings has not led to the invitation nor arrest of the Reverend father Ikwuneme.

responding to the allegations, Reverend Ikwuneme said " A RESPONSE TO FALSE ACCUSATION AGAINST ME

I, Fr PaulMary Ikwuneme was accused  of raping her which is a false allegation against me.

However, this accusation came as a result of an incident that occured on the 6th of July 2023, between his younger step brother and I. But before the incident occured, Chinenye's husband had already threatening to write such letter against me.

Human Rights Groups steps in, demand Reverend father be arrested to face the last.

A right group, Advocates For Children and Vulnerable Persons Network ACVPN has condemned the police commissioner in Anambra state , the commissioner of Woman Affairs in the State and the Catholic Archdiocese of Onitsha for allegedly attempting to sweep the allegations under the carpet.

Ebenezer Omejailile Cordinator of ACVPN said ,,,

ACVPN stand is there shouldn't be any form of cover up by the Archdiocese because we don't know how many children, girls and women this reverend Father Mary Ikwuneme has violated and applied so much impunity that keep them silent.

ACVPN kicks against the silence by the Commissioner of women Affairs as it was alleged that because the Honorable Commissioner of women Affairs is a strong Catholic, that's why she decided to turn a blind eye on this case.

We say A capital NO because the Law and constitution is a respecter to nobody .As for the police officer by name Casmir who clearly exhibited a high sense of irresponsible behavior by demanding for 200,000 from a traumatized victim before he will effect the arrest of Reverend Ikwuneme, clearly showed this officer is one of the underemployed officer who have no business in the police force. It Amazing that this case was not minuted to the right department, it's expected the Gender UNIT should be handling this case,,

Efforts to get the reaction of the Reverend father Ikwuneme were not successful as he did not pick calls to his phone.

NGO CALLS OUT LAGOS DOCTOR FOR ALLEGEDLY DEFILING , TURNING 15 YEARS OLD GIRL TO SEX SLAVE.

___ berates Lagos state govt aide,  agency, police for allegedly trying to  deny girl justice.

A network of human rights groups know as the Advocates For Children and Vulnerable Persons Network ACVPN has called out a Lagos based doctor Femi Olaleye for allegedly defiling his wife's 15 years old niece.
The NGO stated  that doctor Olaleye allegedly turned the girl to his sex slave and  introduced her to phonography.

HOW DR. FEMI OLALEYE OF OPTIMAL CARE CANCER FOUNDATION ABUSED HIS WIFE NIECE SEVERALLY , GENDER UNIT IKEJA, LAGOS DSVA, GOVERNOR'S  SPECIAL ADVISER CONSPIRED AGAINST VICTIM.

Good morning Comrades in the house our attention was drawn to this case two days ago, according to the mandated reporter
Let the public know the case has been with Lagos State Domestic Sexual Violence Agency.

Let it be known Dr. Femi Olaleye wants to silence the truth  justice through one
Mrs. Toke Benson an aide to the Lagos state governor on Land and  planning who got him a lawyer and she is using her power to scuttle justice. She is the one giving him the AUDACITY to do all he is doing now.

Aunty Bimbo from Gender unit Ikeja is the IPO in charge of the case. The case has been on since March 2022 he was arrested in March where he spent 12 days in police custody then he was granted bail. Gender unit ikeja has refused to charge the case to court all this while, they tried to make the complainant who is his wife to drop the case.

Report has it Dr. Femi Olaleye has defiled a minor before in the UK which is one of the reasons  he was deported from the UK 10 years ago.
He has serially forcefully had coerced sex with interns at his office till date.

The complainant lawyer had petitioned  the Lagos State Ministry of Justice  Director Public Prosecution (DPP) last week.

According to the mandated reporter Dr Femi Olaleye started by introducing his wife's  niece to pornography of which he taught her her how to  perform oral sex, this girl started performing oral sex on him daily before he started penetrating her.

The day he disflowered the wife's niece he made her swore on oath never to tell anyone which is what most abusers of child sexual abuse and defilement do to their victims. This is the major reason why children who go through this despicable act never talk or speak out.

Dr Femi was having both oral and penetrative sex with this child daily for 19 months. He would ejaculate inside her mouth daily, the poor child who calls him daddy became  his sex slave, this child whose only hope of going to school  after her father died and the wife took her  in so she can get  better life became his sex object sadly. For the record this is not the first time Dr Femi Olaleye was caught doing something like this, he had done it in the UK where he lived before he was arrested and deported back to Nigeria, we have lots of evidence to prove that. Nigerian children /girls are not safe with the likes of Dr Femi Olaleye, whose child is next? Some of his victims includes minors, young school leavers and fresh graduates who undergo internship in his medical facility,he is said to be in the habit of asking if a new intern will be able to service him and as a parent you wonder what servicing him means? It means she has to perform oral sex on him in his office, most of them are really traumatised right now.

The case was reported to dsvrt  on the 19th of March 2022

We are wondering why a case that was investigated since march didn't go to court immediately, the IPO Bimbo Williams of Oc Gender in Ikeja, we are not happy with the way the police handled this case. An aide to the governor of Lagos state mrs Toke Benson is been alleged to be the power behind dr Femi Olaleye, the said mrs. Toke Benson got him the lawyer he is using she used her connection to call and intimidate the rapid response squad of lagos state when protection was given to Dr Femi's wife and the survivor when the INTIMIDATION and threats to their lives became unbearable.

Lagos state government has zero tolerance for any form of gender based violence so Mr Governor Babajide Sanwoolu why a government  employee the one trying to scuttle justice? Child sexual abuse is a crime in lagos state and not a family matter at all.

ACVPN take on this matter is injury to one is injury to all Dr. Femi Olaleye should not be given any form of exception for his crime.
Its unimaginable the category of people mentioned in this case didn't take the dignity of children ,young girls and women this Demon of man has seen in and out.

Its on record that Dr. Femi Olaleye is the only Doctor who conduct Cervical Cancer for all women and young girls in Lagos State through his facility, one can imagined the processes Dr. Femi Olaleye subjected this unsuspecting women to do his demonic activities, reports has it that  Dr. Femi Olaleye usually sends his nude pictures to married women had screened in his facility.

Since the various Agencies who are suppose to ensure Dr. Femi Olaleye wroth in Jail are speaking from their two sides of the mouth.
We proposed the FCID Gender Abuja takes over this case because they have the capacity to prosecute any form of crime.
