Robbers attack Unilag bus, steal graduation gowns. 

The ongoing graduation ceremony of the University of Lagos has suffered a hitch  following reports that suspected robbers have attacked a bus conveying graduation gowns and therefore graduands especially postgraduate graduands who have been trooping to the school to collect thier gowns have been urged by the postgraduate school management to be patient while the theft issue is resolved. 

One of the graduands who spoke on the condition of anoyminity said the situation is strange and unfortunately worrisome. 

" This message is strange. We have been told to wait till further notice but our convocation ceremony is tomorrow. I am a postgraduate student and my convocation is tomorrow. What will happen now". 

It was gathered that the postgraduate graduands paid N15,000 for the graduation gowns and N30,000 for the convocation fees. It is now uncertain if the students affected will be provided with gowns before their convocation ceremony tomorrow morning.
