44YR OLD PASTOR ARRESTED FOR RAPING HIS BIOLOGICAL DAUGHTER


44yr old pastors of CAC Ogo Oluwa parish Oluwafemi Oyebola have been arrested by men of Ogun State police Command for raping his own biological daughter (name withheld).
 The pastor was arrested following a complaint by his daughter who reported at Owode-Egbado divisional headquarters that her father has been forcefully having carnal knowledge of her since 2015 when she was 19yrs old shortly after the demise of her mother. She further reported that she got pregnant for her father three times of which her father took her to a nurse where those pregnancies were aborted.
After the third abortion, the suspect did family planning for her so as not to get pregnant any longer.
        Having realized that her father is all out to ruin her life, she ran away from the house and reported to an NGO ‘‘Advocacy For Children And Vulnerable Persons Network’’ consequent upon which she was taken  to Owode-Egbado police station to complain.
Upon the report, the DPO Owode-Egbado division, SP Olabisi Elebute led her detectives to the pastor’s house where he was promptly arrested.
On interrogation, the suspect made confessional statement that all what his daughter said is nothing but the whole truth.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Kenneth Ebrimson has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to anti human trafficking and child labor unit of the state criminal investigation and intelligence department for further investigation and prosecution

OYO NSCDC PROSECUTES 3 FOR RAPE





Oyo State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) on Friday charged 41year old Effiom Etowa who allegedly defiled his three year old daughter to Magistrate Court one sitting at Ibadan North East Local Government Secretariat for defilement.
The Chief Magistrate Taiwo Oladiran who did not take plea of Etowa ordered that he should be remanded in NSCDC custody at the State Headquarters Agodi Ibadan due to non admittance of Etowa at Correctional Centre Agodi Ibadan as a result of COVID 19 Pandemic and the case was later adjourned to 16th July 2020.
The State Commandant, CC Iskilu Akinsanya who disclose this today said that he was charged on case of defilement by the Anti Human Trafficking and Child Protection Unit which is contrary to Section 357 and punishable under Section 358 of the Criminal code cap 38 vol 2 law of Oyo State Nigeria, 2000
Commandant Akinsanya stated further that two other suspects Morufu Amusat, 38yrs and Akanmu Michael 52yrs were also remanded in Correctional Centre Agodi for alleged similar Case of defilement of minors before the COVID 19 Pandemic lockdown. Meanwhile, over one hundred and sixty five(165) cases have already been treated by the Unit and newly established gender unit in the course of the year ranging from, child Neglect, Assault and child Abuse, child labour, Physical Assault, wife absconded with children, Disobedience child, Trafficking, Sexual Harassment and Attempted Rape.
He noted that the Unit has been working in conjunction with the Ministry of Women affairs, sexual gender based violence response team and Rapid Response team both in Oyo state Ministry of Women affairs and Ministry of Justice.                                  Oyo State Commandant
 of NSCDC has frown at issue of Rape, Defilement Incest, and all general abuse on Child and female gender. "Anybody caught in the act of Molesting or Rape will face full wrath of Law". Parent and guardian should monitor their children and wards especially women should randomly check on this children.
Commandant Iskilu Akinsanya warn cultist and other criminal element in the state to relocate as Oyo NSCDC and sister Agencies will deal with anybody that  want to  distrupt the peace enjoy by the good people of oyo state.He caution the people of the state against dumping of refuse or building along the water way.

7/7 : Police warns against violence



    Commissioner of police Ogun State command has warned  cult groups to desist from celebrating violence The Commissioner of police in a press statement read "Intelligence report at the disposal of Ogun State Police Command revealed that members of notorious cult group are planning to unleash terror and violence on Tuesday 7th of July 2020 accross the state in order to mark what they called 7/7 .The report further revealed that members of the group are also planning to use the said date to initiate new members into their fold after which they will engage their rival cult group in a supremacy battle which may lead to loss of life and wanton destruction of property.
         In view of this, the command wishes to warn those having such devilish plan to have a rethink and retrace their steps as such move will be met with serious resistance from security agencies.
         To this end, all the command's tactical squads namely SARS, anti cultists, anti kidnapping as well as all the DPOs and Area Commanders have been put on red alert to nip in the bud any act capable of undermining the security of the state. Anybody who involved him/herself in such act will be made to feel the full weight of the law because the command will not fold its hands while some unscrupulous elements will be making life difficult for law abiding citizens of the state.
         The command is also using this medium to appeal to parents and guardians to warn their wards to stay clear of any unlawful gathering on, before and after the said date to prevent had i know situation.
Also, hoteliers are with this release warned not to allow their facilities be used for any cult related gathering as the owner of such facility too will be liable for prosecution.
         While assuring members of the public to go about their lawful business without fear of harrasment or intimation, the command has rolled out all in its arsenal to deal decisively with anybody who try to breach the relative peace enjoying by the good people of the state.

Woman batters girl for sleeping


Woman allegedly  drill holes with nails  in 10 years old girl's skull for sleeping off while washing plates.

A ten year old girl  is battling to stay alive after she was allegedly battered beyond recognition by her guardian. 

 A source said "10 years old girl by name Nneoma Nnadi from Aku in igbo-etiti LGA,is a househelp to one Mrs ifeoma Ezia also from Aku but married off to Udi, the offense this girl committed is that she was carrying ifeoma's lil baby around 12am and slept off so the baby fell off her hands but without any physical or internal injury, what Mrs ifeoma did was to use hot iron to scald  her skin and also used big nail to puncture her head . She  was instructed to wash plates few days after which is on the 2nd of July and bcos she was feeling so much pains,she couldn't wash the plate as quickly as she was instructed and Mrs ifeoma got 3fat cains and unleashed horror on this girls body inspite of the iron soars on her skin already and inserted grinded fresh pepper into her vagina and then locked her up in the toilet,it was a neighbor that heard the girl screaming that rushed into their apartment and rushed the girl in the Parklane hospital ,last floor at the maternity ward all her body is swollen beyond recognition"
The source added that ",The woman in question is at AREA COMMAND ENUGU with her husband, but from observations they're trying to cover it up and buy off the police while this girl is battling for her life with her poor mother who cannot feed twice a day with good good food bcos of how poor she is and she's a widow.

"Since she  is poor ,a police woman is there in the ward with her and does not allow anyone take pictures of the girl or come close to see her,not even the girl's family member else you'll be embarrassed by her, the doctors are not giving her proper attention or medication bcos of money,they just dumped her there and used bandage to tie her head and pores are coming out of head already,the site of that girl is fucking disgusting. Now the girl's family members are so scared bcos they don't know whom to run to.none of her family member is allowed to see this girl"


DEFENCE MINISTER CONSOLIDATES NIGERIA-INDONESIA MILITARY TIES

The Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (Rtd) has hosted the Republic of Indonesia Ambassador to Nigeria, Usra Hendra Harahap at the Ministry of Defence Headquarters, Abuja.
A statement signed by the Special Assistant Media and Publicity to the Minister of Defence, Mohammad Abdulkadri revealed that the meeting held behind closed doors for about an hour focused on the need for the two countries to strengthen military relations.
According to the Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Salihi Magashi (Rtd), in an interview after the crucial meeting, the purpose of the visit of the Indonesian Ambassador was to review and refocus the existing bilateral military cooperation dating back to 1965.
The Defence Minister said the four-man delegation interfaced with the Permanent Secretary, Sabiu Zakari, the Principal General Staff Officer, Brigadier General Awwal Faggae and the Director Joint Services Department, Mrs. Olu Mustapha in the consideration of mutually benefiting military ties between the two countries.
The Minister said both parties explored new templates to consolidate the military training and manpower development through the exchange programmes.
The Indonesian Ambassador, a retired Air Vice Marshal, Usra Hendra Harahap commended the Minister of Defence, General Magashi for providing the needed leadership for the nations Armed Forces based on his exploit and experience as a retired senior military officer.
He noted that their military backgrounds made the interface to be smooth and seamless in identifying new areas of defence cooperations between the two countries.
The Indonesian Ambassador said his posting to Nigeria albinitio since March, 2019 by President Joko Widodo is to deepen bilateral military cooperation with Nigeria, which he said the meeting had achieved.
In line with the Nigerias hospitable tradition, the end of the meeting witnessed exchange of plaques between the representatives of the two countries.
Nigeria and Indonesia are two major regional powers that share many commonalities especially in the trajectories of military reforms and education.

NADCEL 2020 : COAS COMMISSIONS COMPLETED PROJECTS  AT NIGERIAN ARMY CANTONMENT, IKEJA- LAGOS.

The Chief Of Army Staff Lt Gen TY Buratai represented by the General Officer Commanding 81 Division Maj Gen JO Irefin, commissioned various complited projects in Army Cantonment lkeja Lagos, to mark this year's Nigerian Army Day Celebration (NADCEL).

Several  projects were commissioned which includes, disinfecting tunnel donated  by hypo company, newly built Nigerian Army Aviation Pilots accommodation, newly renovated Cpl below quarters and remodeled 9 Brigade officers mess. 

In attendance were,the General Officer Commanding 81 Division Maj Gen JO lrefin, Corps Commander Nigerian Army Engineers Maj Gen JS Malu,Corps Commander Nigerian Army Ordanance Maj Gen AO Akintade, the Chief host Commander 9 Brigade Brig Gen MA Etsu-Ndagi, senior officers from sisters service, also to grace the occasion was the Commissioner of Police Lagos State Mr Hakeem Odumosu.

THREE MEMBERS ALLEDGED LAND GRABBING SYNDICATE ARRESTED IN OGUN



Operatives of Ogun state police Command on 29th of June 2020 apprehended 3 members of an alleged  notorious land grabbing syndicate who have been terrorizing Ota and its environs. The suspects; Rufai Abdulkareem, Tobi Ajayi and Wasiu Oladipupo were arrested following a distress call received by the Area  Commander Ota from Owolabi estate that some hoodlums numbering about ten operating on motorcycles invaded the estate, armed with dangerous weapons and shooting sporadically at people working on a site.
Consequently, seven amongst the workers sustained various degrees of gunshot injuries.
Upon the distress call, the Area Commander Ota, Acp Monday Agbonnika quickly mobilized his anti-robbery men and moved to the scene. On sighting the policemen, the hoodlums took to their heels, but three amongst them were arrested while others escaped. Recovered from them are: one locally made single barrel pistol, three live cartridges and two expended cartridges. The injured workers were taken to General hospital Ota for medical attention.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, Cp Kenneth Ebrimson has directed that the arrested suspects be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence department for further investigation. He equally directed that the leader of the gang identified as Joseph Ayodele be hunted for and be brought to book.
The Cp therefore assured members of the public that the suspects will be charged to court in accordance with the anti-land grabbing laws of Ogun State as soon as investigation is concluded.
