This happened to my wife's cell phone yesterday and today. I just received a call and saw that the caller number started with 852, and I saw my face on the screen. I went to the Apple store yesterday and asked about it, and they told me to just ignore it and let it shut down on its own. It turns out that as soon as you press to answer a call, it will take a picture of you (get your Face ID facial recognition), if you speak to it, it will record your voice, then block your phone and use your phone content, call your friends through AI technology and have video calls with them. Your friends might fall for it if they see what you really look like.
