Police Arrest Two over Killing of UBER Driver in Lagos April 11, 2017 Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni The long arm of the law has caught up with two men who allegedly strangled a UBER cab driver to death in Lagos before stealing and escaping with his car to Delta State. According to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr Fatai Owoseni, the cab driver, Nnobosa Emmanuel, was killed on Sunday at Ogba area of the state and his body was dumped by the roadside on Oremeji Street. The victims Kia Saloon car was then taken to Delta. Owoseni told reporters at a press briefing that the “suspects posed as passengers and when the driver got to the Ogba area, they strangled him and dumped his body by the road side at Oremeji Street, Ogba”. Owoseni said that his men, who recovered the stolen car, were still on the trail of other members of the gang.
